RSA SITHFAB002 Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol

Seeking employment in hospitality in NSW?
If you want to work in hospitality where alcohol is supplied, sold or served it is a government requirement for you to have completed a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) course. that has been Approved by Liquor and Gaming. The course consists of the following modules:
- Introduction to RSA
- Module 1: NSW liquor laws and selling serving or supplying alcohol responsibly
- Module 2: Intoxication, including assisting customers to drink within appropriate limits, assessing alcohol affected customers and refusing service
- Module 3: Minors, including ID checks and secondary sales/supply
- Module 4: Harm minimisation strategies and approaches
- Module 5: Compliance and enforcement

DURATION
This is a one day course completed in a classroom with a Trainer and Assessor using online resources.
The course duration is from 9.30am to 5.00pm.
During this time students will complete learning activities and assessment tasks. Students are required to complete 3 hours of pre-reading before attending the course. These resources will be made available to you upon completing the enrolment process.
INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS
If you are currently an overseas student on an International Student Visa you are welcome to enrol into this course with Be Qualified as we are CRICOS registered (No. 03478D).
